I M trying to send TRP into other person account but he didn’t received yet. And then i received email that you need to upgrade account for withdrawals or whatever you go .. so I can’t upgrade with usd because i don’t have usd but yes i have TRP coins so tell me how to upgrade account with TRP coins . Must comment to resolve my issue . Thanks
