This can be answered through multiple perspectives. In terms of a romantic relationship, there must be an equal give and take for a healthy development. But if you treat a person nicely and getting nothing in back, then you should probably indulge yourself in rethinking about that relationship.
Now in terms of an unfortunate counterpart where the other person apparently can’t do anything for you, then it is best to showcase your best behaviour and respect humanity.
so this may seem like its a trick question where it isn’t if your a natural helper then doing for other wont be an issue for you that shouldn’t interfere with how you treat others now don’t get me wrong it doesn’t mean mean you should go out of you way but if its life threaten then treat them good
Everyone has something to offer but sometimes they cannot give you something right now. If you think a person has future promise as someone who may be helpful to you in someway, it is wise to keep at least some form of relationship with them and not to get rid of them completely. If not, there is no need for you to be around them or keep them around.
Just be causual with them. Because relation is not a trade that you give something and ask for something in return. If you are expecting something before doing good then you need to change your mind.
