My youngest sister are living with my older sisters and she is married to a soccer player that lives out of town. They feel like it’s their house and act like everybody else should just be seconded. However, our brother in law is home for any reason, they feel like my sister changes and no longer defends or prioritize then, as she should according to their believes of how blood bonds should be stronger and unquestionably. I am also married and I believe it is a necessary step towards growing as a new family (wife husband and kids, if) to create limits and house rules that are specifically to the new couple. And also make sure to explain those to the relatives so they know what to expect and above all, how to behave when at your house or around your family. As result some relatives will most likely stop visiting us and start feeling sided. But that is also part of growing, I guess.
It’s not really about change.. She didn’t choose to be born with her sisters but she chose to spend the rest of her life with her husband and build a family..
No not at all… SHe saw something in you before she married you… So changing that will be like she married a stranger and causing unnecessary dislike since she won’t be loving what she is seeing
Like my mom always says, you have to spend the rest of your life with your husband, your siblings will also get married one day and move out, but your husband will still be there.
No,remember married is a life time thing, you stand for better or worse till death do you people apart,so no matter what happen in your married you have to be there for your partner, you married him because you love her so much, that you’re ready to spend your life with her, that mean you’re ready to feel her pain, that mean you don’t need to change your mind after married because you love her…
Accept the person as he or she is. Because changing killes the orginal personality of the person. And being fake or depressed in relation kills the person.
