It’s a 100% yes for me.
Because it takes love to marry, so if you don’t love someone first, then why would you even think of marrying that person? It’s so not possible. Love is an affection.
So if you ask me, I will say yes. You should love someone before thinking of marrying them.
Based on your question Alvinmorgan, I will highly recommend you research and explore more on the meaning of LOVE.
Thank you!
Yesz i think its like testing the waters first. This is ofcourse the reason you would be marrying the person in the first place.
Hey buddy, I am from India where arranged marriage is still followed and preferred than any other form. For us Indians marriage is not just the bond between two people it is the bond between two families. Because of this ideology arrange marriages are more successful than a love marriage. In any relationship it is very important to have love but love can be harvest with time. The quality time which you spend with a person after marriage is the true background for love. When there is nothing to hide nothing to lose and only acceptance being the major requirement you learn a lot about life and better ways to live it.
Yes it does matter alot, although there might be other factors to consider i,e people’s back ground, How they behave and carry themselves.
Too me loves tops the list of thing to consider be you step into marriage. i think love is the main reason for wanting to get married in the first place
YES BECAUSE
>You Deeply Trust This Person. One of the most important aspects of a strong, happy, and >>successful marriage is trust. …
>You Fight Fair. …
>>You’ve Spent a Good Amount of Time Together. …
>>You Know This Person on a Deeper Level. …
>>You Want the Same Things.
The first thing is to know what type of love you mean. There are three types I can cite here:
Agape — Unconditional Love. Eros — Romanic Love. Philia — Affectionate Love
Most people think of Eros (Romantic love) before getting married. For me, if that is the type of love you mean, then I will advice you not to venture into marriage. What you need is Agape (unconditional love). This is the type of love I can give to a friend, for example.
So on this bases, I will suggest you only get married to someone whose ways you can best understand and manage, as long as you have agape love for the person.
Eros love cannot help in marriage if there is no understanding and management of partner’s behaviours.
That is why during a divorce situation, when you ask any of the partners whether they still love their spouse, 90% of the truly sincere answers will be “Yes, I do. But ….” and that is where the inability to manage the other’s behaviour sets in.
Hope this helped you.
no,it does not matter actually.
It is a legal relationship ,when a couple get married ,God sows seeds of love in their heart,
now its up to them how they get them grow up.
Marriage is a gift from God and it cant be separated from the feeling of love as it is sustained on all its strengths. It’s like building a house with no foundations. Can it be done? Yes, sure. Will it look ok? Sure it will. Will it be good? No. Will it last? No. First week wind and it’s all ruins right there in your face.
A marriage that is set up as a business where people dont meet, dont know and dont have the opportunity to get to know one another, it’s far from a good thing. Not even God can force us to do what we dont want. Doenst it mean that he always want us to want to do things??? Not for the reward but for the amazing feeling of..falling in love.
It is a “MUST”. For me.
Yes, it does. How would it feel if you married someone you didn’t love? Personally I would be bored. I believe that it matters to marry someone who is not only your best friend but also your love because the most beautiful thing is to find both love and friendship in one place
Definitely yes, it matters a lot to love someone before marrying them. Why because marrying someone whom you do not love, is like walking by yourself to a police station and ask them to jail you.
Marrying someone whom you don’t love. Then from that day you both wear the wedding rings in your hand, is the day you both wear the handcuffs in your hands.
So my full recommendation is yes, it does really matter to love someone before marrying them.
That way, you both live a forever happy life.
Yeah of course, without love how would you decide to marry someone or not? Marrying someone you don’t love is more like buying a slave. Love is the only force that bond people together no matter color or race.
You first have to know what love is to you. Maybe it’s looks, or attention or money but different people see love differently. However if you want to have a long lasting relationship with the person, yes you need to love the person to want to stay around them even when you see the bad sides of them because marriage is f’d up in many ways.
Yes it does matter I don’t believe in people who say I will learn to love the person with time what if you never love the person
Yes it really matters bcos u have to love him from the deep down of ur heart so that when u guys married even if u get issue the love u have for him will sort things out for u
No it doesnt matter, because some time you may marry someone whom you have loved and love may die after marriage because of expectation towards each other and fantasy world getting broken by reality. So its fine if you are not in love before marriage, but it may fall you in love after marriage as you get the time to discover the person more after living with them.
Yes. It matter to love someone before getting married.
Yes,it’s matter to love someone before you marry them. So that you people can understand yourself very well before getting married..on the other hands no it does not matter to love someone before married them, you don’t need to fall in love to get married,it very risky but the love can come later
