Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, and uneasiness. It can cause physical feelings such as nausea, stomach upset, dizziness, dry mouth and tension. Everyone experiences stress and anxiety at some point in their lives. Anxiety is normal when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
Yes, I have experienced anxiety. Hence, I would describe it in my own words as; spending time thinking more about the things you want, rather than being thankful and appreciative with what you already have at hand.
Anxiety is a very dangerous emotion, or disease as I can comfortably put it, according to my experience and UNILEX.
Anxiety will cause you depression, and when you’re depressed, it might as well lead you to mental issues, which is not good to our health. As per my point of view, I think to suppress anxiety, we need to focus more on our life intends, while being appreciative with what we already have, praying, working, and hoping.
Spend more time doing what matters most to you, most especially, what makes you happy. Although these doesn’t mean that life will be smooth as a TV screen, it means with these, you’ll be able to manage your anxiety and live more better and healthier.

Don’t go for results, fact is always been facts, if all doors are closed for you just try to figure it out which door really opens for you to get results. (( To get results you need to spends lots of funds and you need to sacrifice; if you really wants to get only results and until and unless you researched properly too))

Yes. Everyone with a conscience experiences anxiety often. It is part of the checks and balances of normal human behaviour. Anxiety often arises from indecision. MAKE decisions. Consider the options and likely outcomes and decide. You will be happier for it. If you are wrong, learn from the experience. Failure is necessary for learning. If you decided correctly, proven by the outcome of your decision, be happy but thoughtful. Tomorrow may be different. It is all part of life.
Totally agree. Of only we could make more decisions if if small just to see that it’s not a big deal. Or maybe it is but making mistakes it’s part of being alive.
Anxiety is your body natural response to stress..it is a feeling of fear about what’s to come.
