There are many ways you can deal with stress.
You can go to a counselling psychologist who will assist you with ways in which you can deal with stress.
You can look at what is stressing you out and try and work around ways to deal with it, for example, if you’re stressed out about a school test, you can study for it. If your relationship is stressing you out, you can speak to your partner about it and work out ways to deal with the problem.
Another way to deal with stress is to exercise, this will help you improve your mental and physical health.
One way in which I deal with stress is by eating, I usually eat a lot of chocolates when I am stressed out and this helps me deal with whatever is worrying me.
To deal with stress, try deep breathing, exercise, and mindfulness techniques. Also, prioritize self-care, maintain healthy relationships, set boundaries, and practice time management. Avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, or unhealthy coping mechanisms. Remember to seek support from friends, family, or professionals when needed.
