You should eat fruits and vegetables. Find alternatives on the food that makes you gain weight. Drink water regularly that helps you drain all the foods you have eaten all day. Others said that if you eat little but from time to time like for every hour, is actually good and best way to lose weight but not sacrificing the food you want to eat.
Lots of exercise, healthy food and a good support system.
By lots of exercise I don’t mean going to the gym everyday, but often, also get a trainer to assist you. Yoga as well as meditation also helps alot.
Healthy foods doesnt mean only vegetables, meat has lots of protein, but if you choose to go the vegan way then that’s okay too. We balance out diet differently in our household, we eat homemade food everyday, these include vegetables and meat products and once a week (usually Saturday) we have takeaways (our cheat day). We also don’t drink cold drinks as often, its mostly water or fresh fruit juice.
And lastly a good support system goes a long way, make sure you have people giving you positive vibes and helping you. If you feel negative and don’t have a good support system then it will negatively affect your body, making you depressed and feeling worthless.
