There are two easy ways to track the status of your transfer. If you have a MoneyGram profile, log in and view your Transaction History. If you don’t have a MoneyGram profile, enter your reference/authorization number and your last name on our Track & Receive tool on MoneyGram’s home page
To track a MoneyGram transfer, follow these steps:
Online Tracking
1. *Visit the MoneyGram website*: Go to (link unavailable) and click on “Track a Transfer”.
2. *Enter the reference number*: Provide the 8-digit reference number or the MoneyGram transfer ID.
3. *Enter the sender’s information*: Provide the sender’s name and country.
4. *Track the transfer*: Click on “Track” to view the transfer status.
Mobile App Tracking
1. *Download the MoneyGram app*: Get the MoneyGram app on your mobile device (available for iOS and Android).
2. *Log in to your account*: Enter your MoneyGram account credentials.
