Genetics are why they have such different levels of skin pigmentation. Also The shape of the hair follicle in Black hair is typically more oval or flat, which results in a curlier or coiled texture. This shape can make it more difficult for natural oils (sebum) produced by the scalp to travel down the hair shaft, leading to dryness.
