    Steps To Becoming A Consultant

The definition of consulting ultimately boils down to problem-solving. If you can help a specific type of people solve a specific type of problem, you can make a lot of money as a consultant.

All you have to do is follow these proven steps:

    1. Embrace The Entrepreneurial Mindset
    2. Identify Your Optimal Niche
    3. Identify A Common Problem You Can Solve
    4. Create Your Consulting Value Proposition
    5. Build Your Online Hub
    6. Create A Repeatable System For Attracting Leads
    7. Optimize Your Method For Closing Sales
    8. Improve Your Delivery Method
    9. Build Your Brand
    10. Evolve Your Offer

    Key skills to have:-

    a) Academic Success. Academic success is a hygiene factor for a job in Consulting.
    b) Work Experience and Initiative.
    c) Perfect Presentation.
    d) Consulting Fit.
    e) Commercial Awareness.
    f) A Natural Communicator.
    g) Self-awareness.

    How do Consultants solve problems?

When problem-solving, gathering and analyzing hard data is critical to effectively building a case for, and eventually selling, a solution. As such, consultants focus their energy on the key drivers that they can prove or disprove, by gathering and analyzing hard factual data.

How many hours do consultants work?

Typically, both single and married consultants average 56.6 hour work weeks, but about a quarter of single consultants routinely put in between 60 and 70 hours per week. About six percent of the responding consultants say they average between 70 and 80 hours a week.

How much do consultants earn per hour?

“The market rate” is the average price and range of pricing a typical customer will pay for your type of consulting service. If the average business consultant charges and receives $100 per hour, the “market rate” is likely between $50 to $150 per hour.

There are five broad categories of consultant jobs that are most in-demand:

    1. Operations consulting.
    2. Financial consulting.
    3. Human resources consulting.
    4. Risk and compliance consulting.
    5. Strategy consulting.

A procrastinator is a person who delays or puts things off — like work, chores, or other actions — that should be done in a timely manner.

Procrastinator comes from the Latin verb procrastinare, which means deferred until tomorrow. The prefix pro means forward, and crastinus means of or belonging to tomorrow. If you’ve always been known in your family as a procrastinator, your sister has probably gotten used to receiving her birthday card at Christmas time and her Christmas present in July.

    Types of Procrastination

    1. Anxious procrastination
Fiore suggested that people who procrastinate a lot are usually bad at managing their time and often end up scheduling in more work than they can actually do, leaving no time for fun activities or resting.
Fiore suggested that not fulfilling these unrealistic expectations causes stress and anxiety which some people deal with by procrastinating.

    2. Fun procrastination
The fun procrastinator would rather be doing anything except that one dreaded task. After all, there are so many fun and exciting things you could be doing instead, how can you bear to start that boring project?
By starting another item first, you’ve made the dreaded task a lower priority which (in theory) will make you dread it a lot less, and in the meantime, you’re still being productive. It’s a win-win.

    3. “Plenty of time” procrastination
Many people find it difficult to start a project when they know the deadline is a long way off. This type of procrastination is clearly visible in students who often struggle to start an essay earlier than a few days before the deadline.

    4. Perfectionist procrastination
Perfectionists are always striving for the best and, as such, are constantly criticizing their own work. For some perfectionists, the fear of failing, or producing work to a low standard, can be so overwhelming they never actually get around to starting anything.

    Overcoming procrastination.

    a) Forgive yourself for procrastinating in the past.
    b) Commit to the task.
    c) Promise yourself a reward.
    d) Ask someone to check up on you.
    e) Act as you go.
    f) Rephrase your internal dialog.
    g) Minimize distractions.
    h) Aim to “eat an elephant beetle” first thing, every day!

    Who is a God

God, who created the universe in all of its magnitude and creative details, is not hidden. He need not be distant, aloof. Somewhere “out there.” Instead, he welcomes us into a relationship, so that we can get to know him in a personal way, as we might a close friend.

Who is God? He is Welcoming.
God invites us to talk to him and bring to him what concerns us. We don’t have to get our act together first. Neither do we need to be polite, theologically correct or holy. It is his nature to be loving and accepting when we go to him.

What is God like? He is Creative.
Everything we make is put together with existing materials or built on previous thoughts. God has the capacity of speaking things into existence, not just galaxies and life forms, but solutions to today’s problems. God is creative, for us. His power is something he wants us to be aware of and to rely on.

Who is God? He is Forgiving.
We sin. We tend to do things our way instead of God’s way. And God sees it and knows it. God does not merely overlook such sin, but is prepared to judge and condemn people for their sin. However, God is forgiving and will forgive us from the moment we begin a relationship with him. Jesus, the Son of God, paid for our sin with his death on a cross. He rose from the dead and offers us this forgiveness.

Who is God? He is Honest.
What he says, we can trust. What he promises, can be counted on. When God promises us forgiveness, eternal life, a relationship with himself…we can believe. God is telling the truth. Jesus emphasized this by the many times he said, “Truly, I say to you…” What God reveals about himself and about how to live on this earth is reliable information. More sure than our feelings, thoughts, and limited perception, God is totally accurate and honest in what he says. Every promise he makes to us can be trusted, he means it. We can take him at his word.

Who is God? He is Capable.
How would you like to be always 100% right, about everything? God is. His wisdom is unlimited. He understands all the elements of a situation, including the history and future events related to it. We do not have to update him, counsel him or persuade him to do the right thing. He will, because he is capable and his motives are pure. If we trust him, he will never make a mistake, never undercut us or deceive us. He can be fully trusted to do what is right, in all circumstances, at all times.

John 3:3 “Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” First Peter 1:22-23 “Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born aUnfold thinking...

John 3:3 “Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

First Peter 1:22-23 “Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God.”

John 3:6-7 “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.”
Jesus is still speaking to Nicodemus and trying to show him that we must be born of the Spirit; the Holy Spirit, as Jesus used the word “Spirit” as a proper noun, meaning that the Spirit is a Person and is the Third member of the Trinity.

First Peter 1:2-4 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.”

Ephesians 2:5-6 “even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
Once more Paul writes about us being raised from the dead from that which our trespasses had caused. We had to be “made alive” by God’s divine will. Paul writes as if this is already a done deal as he sees us as already having been “raised up with him” and we are now “seated…with him in the heavenly places.”

John 3:8 “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Jesus shows the essence of the Spirit of God, although not seen by human eyes, we can see His effect on the believer’s life just like the invisible wind blows and you can see the effects and hear the sounds.

    Conclusion
The late Adrian Rogers once said if you’re born once, you’ll die twice but if you’re born twice, you’ll die once. By dying twice, he meant a physical and then a spiritual death (Rev 21:8) and born twice means you’re physically born and then spiritually born and if so, you’ll die only a physical death and at that point, you’ll receive eternal life. If you have repented and forsaken your sin and then trusted in Christ, you have been born again, from above, by God Himself.

Jesus became the final and ultimate sacrifice for our sin. The word in this verse, “finished,” is actually from the Greek word, “tetelestai,” which is the same word that means “paid in full.” Often, it was used in an accounting term, which indicates a debt was paid. The uniqueness about the way it was written is that the tense of the word indicates both a point in time it was complete and that it would also continue to be complete or finished. And this is the essence of what Christ came to do. He came to “finish” God’s work of salvation in us. He came to “pay it in full,” the entire penalty, or debt, for our sins. He’s at work in our world still today in powerful ways.

    The ESV Study Bible comments,
“It is finished proclaims that all the work the Father had sent him to accomplish (cf. 4:34; 9:4) was now completed, particularly his work of bearing the penalty for sins. This means there was no more penalty left to be paid for sins, for all Jesus’ suffering was ‘finished’ (see Heb. 1:3; 9:11-12, 25-28).”

The answers you do find are unsatisfactory, to say the least. Wherever you look and whoever you ask, all you seem to find is a whole lot of well-intentioned advice. And this advice is not necessarily bad advice (though some of it is). But it is advice that often does one thing…
It piles the pressure on you.
    It overwhelms you.
It makes you feel as though you must do X, Y, or Z in order to find your true purpose in life.

And that if you don’t, you’ll die sad and frustrated harboring many regrets about how you have lived your life. Who wants that?

You see, the point of life is living.
No need to make it any more complicated than that.
No need to achieve a certain level of knowledge and understanding. No need to chase particular goals or dreams.

All you have to do is find a way to stop placing so much emphasis on the need to do something, be someone, or feel something. So that well-intentioned advice that seeks to boil down the purpose of life into simple nuggets of “wisdom” like be happy, love others, leave a legacy, be the “best version” of yourself…

It’s not so much wrong, it’s just too focused on an outcome. And achieving an outcome is reaching a destination. If you never reach that destination, you feel forever unfulfilled.
And if you do, what comes after?

You’d be better of turning around, facing the sun, and forgetting that your shadow is even there.
You ought to turn and face life rather than chasing some answer to an unanswerable question. Truth is, those people who go about their lives aren’t weighed down by the burden of living a life of purpose.

They are just living a life. That is purpose in itself.
They may not always be happy. They may not be making a great positive impact on the world. They may not be successful in your eyes. They may not appear to be growing as an individual…

But they may also be more content with where they are than you are with where you are.
So, please, don’t equate the purpose of life with some great act or deed. Small and big are beautiful in their own ways.

Not everyone will achieve great wealth or fame.
Not everyone will reach the highest levels of spiritual enlightenment
Not everyone will get to live the life of their dreams.

In fact, the people who do attain such things are a rarity.

Ambition isn’t a bad thing to have in life by any means so long as you don’t equate the thing you aspire to achieve with your ultimate purpose in life. As many a guru has rightly stated, life is about enjoying the journey and the many ups and downs along the way. And you enjoy the journey by being present in as many moments as you can.

Turritopsis dohrnii is now officially known as the only immortal creature. The secret to eternal life, as it turns out, is not just living a really, really long time. It’s all about maturity, or rather, the lack of it. The immortal jellyfish (as it is better known popularly) propagate and then, faced with the normal career path of dying, they opt instead to revert to a sexually immature stage.

It turns out that once the adult form of the 4.5 mm-wide species Turritopsis dohrnii have reproduced, they don’t die but transform themselves back into their juvenile polyp state. Their tentacles retract, their bodies shrink, and they sink to the ocean floor and start the cycle all over again. Among laboratory samples, all the adult Turritopsis observed regularly undergo this change. And not just once: they can do it over and over again.

Thus, the only known way they can die is if they get consumed by another fish or if a disease strikes the jelly. However, there are still many mysteries surrounding the turritopsis dohrnii. While the process of reverting from its adult-phase to a polyp was observed several times, it hasn’t been observed yet in nature, only in laboratory environments.

The nutricula is found in the Caribbean and North America and the cycle reversal was not in fact observed on the nutricula. That doesn’t mean that the nutricula isn’t biologically immortal but that it has not yet been observed and proven that. When the study (Bavestrello et al. 1992; Piraino et al. 1996, 2004) was published, the difference between the dohrnii and nutricula wasn’t clear yet and afterwards the media distributed the information that the nutricula would be the immortal one.

Brexit – British exit – refers to the UK leaving the EU.

A public vote (known as a referendum) was held in June 2016, when 17.4 million people opted for Brexit. This gave the Leave side 52%, compared with 48% for Remain. The UK stopped being a member of the European Union (EU) after 23:00 GMT on 31 January 2020.

    What is the European Union?
The EU is an economic and political union involving 28 European countries. It allows free trade, which means goods can move between member countries without any checks or extra charges. The EU also allows free movement of people, to live and work in whichever country they choose.
The UK joined in 1973 (when it was known as the European Economic Community) and it will be the first member state to withdraw.

Aside from trade, many other aspects of the future UK-EU relationship will also need to be decided. For example:

Law enforcement, data sharing, and security
    Aviation standards and safety
    Access to fishing waters
    Supplies of electricity and gas
    Licensing and regulation of medicines

Prime Minister Boris Johnson insists the transition period will not be extended, but the European Commission has warned that the timetable will be extremely challenging.
