However if it adds more negativity to our day and to our life (like you are facing now, I believe going to work it’s not the most pleasant time of the day) than it’s a negative thing.
That said, you can’t change the people or how they do things. You can only change yourself and inspire them to do the same. Show them that they are appreciated and they have a value to add to the team. Appreciate their efforts in public and five them responsibilities towards each other. So that they experience the good feeling of work well done.

When God says seek ye first the kingdom. He’s saying this because a man/woman cannot live righteously (resisting sin) until the kingdom inside of him/her is somewhat developed.
