Meaning, as a true Christian, who really believes in Christ (Jesus), whom God will pick among others (You) and put him in higher places (Spiritual realms), will understand that him, and God is one.
Remember; in the Bible it says “in the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the word Was God. So between you and God, who really owns the Bible? The Bible is yours, the Words in it are God’s own (BOOK AUTHORS AND ASSOCIATES), that’s why though Christianity is free, you need to buy a Bible. Bearing in mind that Christianity is a religion created by man. Not God, identifying theirs differences is very important here.

Pay attention to your breath, your listening, and the present moment and give more thanks to God for just being alive than spending time to stress. Be more greatful with what you have at hand at the moment, while you pray and hope for what comes next. Why stress?
