Then, I had two working shifts a week, that’s day and night. During that time I had to noticed many difference between the day and night. The day happens to be more polluted and contaminated with a lot of things both physically and scientifically. Whereas, the night is completely the opposite of above mentioned.
Over time I came to realized that I’m being more comfortable to work better at night, during my night shift sessions that the day time.
