Im probably the strangest sleeper there is. I never thought about it until now, i dont fall asleep by tiredness or just go to bed of im sleepy. To sleep i need to close my eyes, think out something while my eyes remain shut and this way i always drift off to sleep unknowingly. Im also not a fast sleeper so i may wake up any time by any noise. Im like someone that is a sleep but actually thinking with my eyes shut while i lay down. I never snore well atleast not when im not extremely tired or if my body got some exercise and is exhausted tham thats another story. I dont get alot of sleep in due to my study routine and my body is perfectly adjusting to it.

In order to digest food properly my suggestions is 4hours. Although im making the same conclusion about 4hours before exercising, i think it is mainly important to consider the bodies routines wisely not to cause stomach or bloating internally. Even though people dont always consider hours before sleeping, i think as long as the brain is still awake or youre just laying in bed ,still gives room for proper digestion. Many times the carbohydrates in high contents of food makes the brain a bit drowsy and you have no choice but to dose off and sleep. So sometimes are better left as is and dont stress about the processing of food before sleeping. But if you have to ,do what you think is best for your body.

This is the only God in this world, that created the heavens and the earth. He is almighty and omnipotent. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
He is the God that deserves to be worship through the bad times and in the good times. Our shield and our everyday guide. His word in the holy bible cut through bone and fresh and our battle thus our battle is not against flesh but its spiritual.
He is a God that is the unseen and can not be made by men like idols. How can a God be made ,the same one that can break and be repaired by men who was created by him?thats not right. God is God and he is a mystery that cannot be figured out neither should be questioned of hes existence. AMEN

I think you should cherish her ,as she is willing to put her heart her time and efforts on the line, and i believe it will destroy her when she finds out you have cheated on her. In my opinion, a man should treat a lady or girlfriend they way she treats him. Thats the first thing she does. Notice she is kind because she want you to be kind with her. She loves laughing because she wants you to laugh for her too. She act loving genuinely because she want you to return the behavior. Sometimes abusive men even woman teaches each other to act coldly or warmly towards each other. So really ,your girlfriend is a teacher and she want you to be her professor. Dont cheat on such a precious strong love, there will never be someone else replacing it the way she loves you.
