The best time to take muli vitamins is either when you are switching over to a balance diet or transition into a vegan diet . Since more vitamins from food os cut the more you will need supplements to fill that position because your body will bassically just live from the minerals of the diet you consume, and if you know you arent getting all the nutrients in from food ,it is time to use a multi vitamin to camouflage your digestive system.

So lets say you invest your dollar and buy exactly something of a dollar ,something like lets say for example a toy car. You resell it for $2 dollar . Following the same method buying something with your two dollar reselling the item for $5 dollars this time. Repeating this, so you at $100 and buy something like a scooter reselling it for $150 . So you have maybe reach $500 with your investment and decides to buy a larger item. Reselling it for a higher price $1000 ,and this way you build your empire till you reach 1million😄🙏 sounds like a challenge? Highly possible i think.
