1. Change to a bank account that does not charge account-keeping fees or requires a minimum balance in their accounts. Some banks also refrain from charging low-income people additional fees like overdraft charges.
2. Look for ways to save on transport expenses like walking instead of driving, when possible, or using public transportation instead of driving yourself.
3. See if a couple of co-workers are willing to carpool, so everyone can save on transport costs.
4. Eliminate your Pay TV services and use Free-to-Air TV instead.
5. Instead of stopping at the coffee shop for coffee on your way to work, make your coffee at home and take it with you or wait until you get to work.
6. Instead of heading out to the movie theater where tickets are fairly expenses rent a movie or watch a free movie at home.
7. Never run the washing machine or dishwater unless you have a full load to help reduce your water bill.
8. If you have a cell phone plan already, you may be able to eliminate your home phone, or consider running your phone through your internet service at a reduced rate.
9. Shop for sales items at the grocery store and purchase items in bulk, to get the cheaper per unit price.
10. Rent books and movies at your local library instead of purchasing them at the store. They usually have a wide selection to choose from.

From my perspective it comes from the gap and the struggle is to create demand. The discrediting I am talking about comes from the fact that the so what called prospects mislead the coaches with consultants advisers psychologists and if you run the numbers a very few % of all coaches in the world are rich just because they do coaching. Their wealth comes from marketing mostly. So I don’t think it has anything to do with the coaching area or even region. However I do appreciate your perspectives and opinions.

The interest shouldn’t be focused on the activity task thing itself, rather on the value it has for the persons around you.

1st Depression starts from low water on your body. Drink enough water after getting up early in the morning.

2nd Depression starts from emotional imbalance. Always go for walk at 4:00 AM after getting up early in the morning for fresh air and do YOGA from nose and breath as much as air and out for 25 times by sitting down on the floor. Just feel yourself that you are very good and relax and say to yourself I am feeling very positive by closing your eyes with imagination.

3rd Depression starts from physical imbalance so here you must see the rising sun with your naked eyes ( Just Starting Sun; Red Color) And do a small exercise which will help you feel good and adjust your body muscles movement or stretching your body towards sun thus you will feel physically fit. Here you never feel any restless in your life.
Water= Coolant to your Brain. Balanced to your body temperature.
Fresh Air= Good circulation of blood to your heart and help your nervous system intact.
Closing Eyes and Imagine= You are saying the best and you will get the best. Making yourself optimistic and realistic.
YOGA=Flexibility of muscles and Controlling your mental stability and you can work more efficiently with lots of energy.
