    Another way to deal with stress is to exercise, this will help you improve your mental and physical health.
    One way in which I deal with stress is by eating, I usually eat a lot of chocolates when I am stressed out and this helps me deal with whatever is worrying me.

    Sometimes it also depends on who is more present in the children’s lives, who the children trust more. For me, personally, my mom is my favorite, she has always guided us and taught us the difference between right and wrong, even though she worked, she always made time for us. Dad has been there, but never had a good relationship with us, he was more involved with other peoples children and hardly spent time to understand and guide us.

    But that’s just my personal opinion.
