Black money is an expression commonly used for ‘tax evaded money’. It is not a modern concept since it traces it’s origin back to the medieval and ancient times right from where the concept of taxation emerged by a government. Tax impositions are not abided by all people rightfully and they seek means to escape them. That’s where the invention of of black money come into existence, right from around 1623 BC.
