Hi. So I recently added an automatic payment from Takido to my Paypal. However due to financial difficulties I will be unable to pay for this subscription. I have canceled it from my Paypal account, but I would like to know, how do I cancel the automatic payments from my Takido account?
Although I am not a paid or premium user yet of the takido memoir application, but i think that just like any other online paid application, if you already cancel the automatic payment from your PayPal account, the next billing due will not be processed, since the automatic payment has been disconnected or cancelled from one end.
To cancel a takido payment such as to stop the next billing from being charged in your bank card or paypal for premium subscription. You will have to go in your memoir account at the top right corner, click on your memoir profile picture and go to “account settings”.
When you’re there, click on “Financial Tab” and remove your financial account associated with takido or memoir account. This way, you will no longer be charged for any upcoming subscription fee from memoir or whatever since removing your paypal account will automatically cancelled any financial transaction forthcoming.
