Procaratinator tend to take longer to do things, from easy to complex. They believe that’s there is always enough time and they can do it later and tomorrow. Procrastinator also believe their reasons no to do things are valid and therefore justify the lack of absence.
If this is the way you live, then you are a procrastinator and there is absolutely nothing good about it. You are lying to yourself and losing precious time and experiences. Seek help.
Procrastination is linked to mental health problems like stress and anxiety, and these in turn are linked to health issues. If your procrastination leads to feelings of depression, over time this depression will start to affect other areas of your life.
Everybody is a procrastinator. What makes a difference between successful people and who who are not, is that the realize that it time to get to work and i cant be doing this anymore. They know exactly when they should start working.
