When you are overthinking a situation more than 10 times over again. When you stress you are fearful and comfortable in your mind about something that bothers you. Some people shows it by talking something over and over again or some sit in deep thought. All of these behavior can be health-related behaviors . Since it will cause a massive strain for the brain to constantly abruptly and continuously process things. You may experience a migrain or headache from the build up preasure of stressing.
When you are stressed you feel everything is almost impossible to do. You will find it very difficult to do anything. It’s similar to being lazy the there’s a difference a stressed person may feel most commonly headache and sometimes body pains whilst a lazy person just has the feeling to do nothing.
