In order to digest food properly my suggestions is 4hours. Although im making the same conclusion about 4hours before exercising, i think it is mainly important to consider the bodies routines wisely not to cause stomach or bloating internally. Even though people dont always consider hours before sleeping, i think as long as the brain is still awake or youre just laying in bed ,still gives room for proper digestion. Many times the carbohydrates in high contents of food makes the brain a bit drowsy and you have no choice but to dose off and sleep. So sometimes are better left as is and dont stress about the processing of food before sleeping. But if you have to ,do what you think is best for your body.
2 hours you have to wait after eating your food because ex:( if you sleep after eating within 10 minutes your food stopped in stomuch then your blood circulation will stops

There is nothing such a thing that you need to wait for after eating and sleeping.
Trust me!
After eating food you can wait for at least 10-15 minutes that’s OK enough but don’t sleep, Just make yourself very comfortable and take rest for half an hour after a meal, not breakfast.
After Sleeping if you are going to eat something then first get your face and mouth washed and take 10 drops of water before eating for controlling your appetite and immune system.
You would feel good.

Nutritionists suggest that there should be distance about three hours before going to bed,as it takes time to digest food otherwise it may cause heartburn at night.
Sleeping time depends on the type of food you eat and the time too.but normally you can wait for about 30-60 minutes before sleeping.depending on the type of food
It depends on the time you eatas for me I will say I will wait for 3 hours for it to daijest be for sleeping
