To link your memoir account with a bank account, first; your memoir account must be verified for you to do this successfully. Should your Memoir account is already upgraded or verified by the .io/ security and fraud team, then you can follow these 5 simple steps below to link memoir account with your bank.
1. Log in you Memoir account (always make sure you’re on the right HTTPS address).
2. Click on your profile picture, then click on “Account Settings”.
3. If you’re using a computer, click on “Financial”. If you’re using a phone, select “Financial”.
4. When you’re on your Memoir financial page, check the square-box named “Bank Transfer”.
5. Fill your bank information and click “Save”.
*If your linking bank account information matches your Memoir information, (name, address, phone number, etc…) then your account will be successfully linked, and you shall receive a “Success email notifications message” from the .io/.
