Personally, I strongly believe to maintain mental health, you must first identify what gives you peace, and offcourse, causes your fears. Which I will say, mental stress comes from over thinking something or a situation in life.
Thinking less and doing more is a powerful therapeutic help that will greatly play a big role in maintaining your mental health. I think mental health issues generates from fear, which is a common emotion experience by most humans out there, but overcoming fear too will help you maintain a good mental health.
There are many ways to maintain your mental health. Here are some of the things I recommend:
– Listen to your favourite songs, watch your favourite movies
– Spend more time with friends and family who make you feel good and take care of you.
– Speak to a counsellor or psychologist, this will help you overcome your fears and help deal with past trauma.
– Just do what you love, weather it’s reading a book, colouring, writing, singing, dancing, anythin
To maintain a good mental health, you need to do away your fears. Yes, I am aware that though fear might be a normal phenomena of types of emotion we sometimes feel, but overcoming it is so beneficial for your mental health. Because fear gives us a lot of limitations in life, and when our life seems not to be what we thought of, it starts to cause mental stress.
So doing away your fear will help you at least as a good percentage rate to maintain your mental health in the proper. Please Stream and Follow me @TheStoryTeller
