No, examination is not the true test of knowledge, and I don’t think it will ever be; as examination is only prepared and curated by schools, under the instructions and regulations of a particular government, based on their educational system.
While on the other hand, knowledge is something true to oneself. Knowledge is built, nurtured and curated by an individual’s unique perspective, which can not in anyway be compared or classified as same with an educational system labeled by a government.
In other words, an examination is classified as correct by a specific government, while knowledge is classified as correct by a specific individual.
