A popular current text, in the “King James Version” Bible shows 1 Timothy 6:10 KJV to be: For the love of money is the root of all of evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. So if you read that passage again, you will realize; money in NOT the root to all evil, but the LOVE of money is.
