Smoke from marijuana or weed combustion has been shown to contain many of the same toxins, irritants and carcinogens as tobacco smoke. Beyond just what’s in the smoke alone, marijuana is typically smoked differently than tobacco.
Tobacco and weed? Totally different vibes. Tobacco hooks you with nicotine—super addictive, bad for your lungs, and a fast track to health problems. Weed gets you high (thanks to THC), relaxes you, but can mess with focus and memory. Tobacco’s legal almost everywhere; weed’s a mixed bag. Both have risks, but tobacco’s damage is way more proven.
