Basically the black money needs two sort of chemicals for it coating/coding or decoating/decoding, or is layman’s term “to blackened the money, and remove the blackened dyed” on the note.
The chemical that is used in coating money to black is scientifically known “Dokadiumsaq Dye (Dk3)” which happens to be a special type of chemical for coding security notes, and the chemical that is used in removing the black dyed on the money is known popularly as “SSD solution (A21)”.
