I believe hell is a place of discomfort, suffering, and any possible measures that takes away your peace, joy, and happiness. It could be for sometime or forever.
Unlike heaven, that on contrary provides you with exactly the opposite of what you experience in hell. Heaven is truly a beautiful place to be, but it takes and requires a lot to go there (or be there).
Hell exist in real life, in our physical society and in afterlife (in religious context). And its a place to wouldn’t want to be. Be it now or after.
