You are loosing focus because you’re not focusing on what you want. You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want. Being a humans with a limited time daily as 24 hours, sometimes you find yourself stock with lots of things to do on your To-Do-List. But i will advise you focus on your priorities, the things you actually needs, not wants.
To re-focus;
1. Wake in the morning.
2. 10 to 15 mins of body workout – (if you hate workout like me), you can do more minutes if you’re a workout fan.
3. Take a shower
4. Eat your breakfast – (if there’s any), or do mindless fasting – (i mean when there’s no food at the moment, and i don’t mind by not putting my mind to it).
5. Meditate, Smoke, or say your daily prayers, wish, intentions.
6. Engage with work – (check your to do list).
7. Pick the most prioritized task, and start your day with. This is because you start a new day with a fresh energy, and it’s often good to pure these energies on what you really want, hence this will help you focus on your daily intentions or goals.

I think maybe because you lack concentration. Focus more on the things that matters to you at the moment and you will realize that you’re gaining your focus back in full and intact. Most often we lose focus when our mind in disturbed or when stressed up due to certain life circumstances.
Calm down your mind, visualize your daily activities, and start with the most important things. Bit by bit you will definitely get back on track. I wish you the best..
Losing focus can be attributed to various factors, including distractions, lack of motivation, multitasking, inadequate sleep, poor time management, overwhelming workload, or even underlying health issues. To combat this, try implementing strategies like setting specific goals, breaking tasks into smaller chunks, organizing your workspace, practicing mindfulness, taking short breaks, exercising, getting enough rest, and seeking help if needed. Identifying the root cause of your focus issues and implementing targeted solutions can significantly improve your ability to concentrate and stay productive.
