Start by getting yourself to sleep. While you’re on it, make sure to be conscious. One of the signs that you’re on your way to sleep is that you’re itching at your whole body. During this moment, ignore the itching and wait patiently until the itching stops. Once the itching stops, you’ll notice that your body is already sleeping. Keep in mind that during the whole process, always keep a clear mind. Erase all thoughts except the processes involved to be able to project astrally. Once you see yourself sleeping, you can now start going out of your body. You then achieved an astral projection.

Start by approaching her kindly and do not do anything that makes her think you are mad at her. Ask questions about her well-being, with the goal in mind to know as to whether she has any problems with school, the community she was in before she ran away, her caretakers, her boyfriend, or with you. Patiently listen to her and let her freely express herself to you. Make her feel that she can share anything with you and that you’ll actively listen to her instead of nagging her or neglecting her. Once she feels comfortable with you, she will willingly express herself unto you and you will know as to how to handle her from now on. It will also be a guarantee that she won’t do it again.

I believe it takes courage and a lot of thinking as to whether you should tell them or hide it forever. You can share it to your friends but do it slowly. Choose those who know a lot about you and were with you at your darkest moments. You can do it slowly by dropping hints if you can’t muster enough courage to be straightforward to your friends. By the time you mustered enough strength, you can then be straightforward about it.

The one thing God has not given to mankind is to become immeasurable in all things. He has taught mankind several things and blessed them with gifts, but all of those can be measured. An example would be the capability to heal the sick through medicine and Science. God has given us the ability to heal others but only Him can perform miracles to anyone.

You should, that’s because no secrets can be kept forever. Besides, there’s something innate in humans called conscience. Being drunk is not and will never be an excuse to do something like that. The sooner you confess to your guy, the lesser the guilt you’ll have and the lesser painful it will be for him.
