As I use both the social networking sites equally and both of them have good security options like in Instagram you can keep your account as private and in case of Facebook you can customize your privacy based on friend list you have.
Apart from that not sharing your location or personal details and not interacting with suspicious account will make you more safe and secure

You can’t select anyone as life is a mixture of both sadness and happiness. The only makes the difference here is what you want to be in life. It’s all in your hand to make your life happy or sad. Both are part and parcel of life. Life is never fixed it keeps on changing as per the situations we face in our life. Most important thing here is to be always positive in every situation as bad phase gives you a learning experience( not to repeat the same mistakes )and good phase help you to boost yourself up for more and more.

I do believe in God but not in religion made my we humans to differentiate from one other. For me the whole world is one and so the God.
For me believing in God is to be positive, never forget humanity, never loose hope, be kind to others.
Attending religious activities and doing nothing will not make you a true believer in God but karma makes you.
