We normally think that leadership is all about the business world when it is actually and naturally about life skills. We also tend to believe that it’s a skill target to the others but I strongly believe it’s about us, it’s about survival. Human beings are driven to their alikes, so we tend to be attracted to a certain group as we see something in them that will either brings us growth or/ and safety. As a leader we must the 1st on the front line and sometimes even pretend to have the skills we need the group to have in order to make them move to a certain direction or towards a certain goal. We need that accreditation that acceptance and we know that we can only have those once we prove to be worth for. And if we lose that ability to rise up to the challenge, to direct to supervise, to oversee, we will also lose our affiliations and will most likely be corned, ignored. We all have it inside of us, just that we dont know. And because we dont know, we dont exercise it. It should be taught at schools.

It should be though in school so that students should know about it and understand that leadership is not about being a business man in the world,it also a self determination, once you believed in the process of your hard work you can also become a leader that will will lead although will good leadership and also help the country..
It definitely should be taught in schools so that students know from an early age that to be a leader is not something out of this world. Like in my country, Kenya, we could have very intelligent leaders with so much confidence if it was taught in schools as then they would learn from an early age how to be but that’s not the case. Kids are just growing up to be ordinary people or might be scared to portray their leadership skills because they are not sure if they will be accepted or scolded by the community they live in.
