There will be days where work will feel boring. The easy thing to do is to feel frustrated and give up. However, you could stay focused on the big picture. You’ve got to keep your eye on the price.
– Get Active
A lot of times it’s hard to get motivated if you’re not in a good mood. Research shows that working out multiple times a week for a reasonable period of time can reduce the symptoms of depression. Exercising for 30 minutes can also increase levels of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine which can help to reduce stress.

Once you can see yourself in the possession of something you dont yet have, and feel realized and overjoyed and connect with that image of the future you, then nothing cant turn you down.
