      Just find some friends you do trust or a psychologist and talk to. Just don’t think a lot, find places that will make you forget your worries and try to appreciate new things

      Depression is a disturbance of emotional imbalance and physical imbalance, which can be cured.

      The process of curing and getting rid of depression is just very easy. Is that true??

      1st Depression starts from low water on your body. Drink enough water after getting up early in the morning.

      2nd Depression starts from emotional imbalance. Always go for walk at 4:00 AM after getting up early in the morning for fresh air and do YOGA from nose and breath as much as air and out for 25 times by sitting down on the floor. Just feel yourself that you are very good and relax and say to yourself I am feeling very positive by closing your eyes with imagination.

      3rd Depression starts from physical imbalance so here you must see the rising sun with your naked eyes ( Just Starting Sun; Red Color) And do a small exercise which will help you feel good and adjust your body muscles movement or stretching your body towards sun thus you will feel physically fit. Here you never feel any restless in your life.
      Water= Coolant to your Brain. Balanced to your body temperature.

      Fresh Air= Good circulation of blood to your heart and help your nervous system intact.

      Closing Eyes and Imagine= You are saying the best and you will get the best. Making yourself optimistic and realistic.

      YOGA=Flexibility of muscles and Controlling your mental stability and you can work more efficiently with lots of energy.

      SUN= Power of SUN is Power of Truth and realization inside Fire and you. ( Today we born and one day we will die)(No Negative energies make a home inside you)

      You don’t get rid of depression. You get over depression. Chronic depression is a problem in ones head. It is claimed caused by a chemical imbalance, often referred to as a low serotonin level. Doctors may prescribe drugs that limit your bodies ability to absorb serotonin, causing the amount your body produces to seemingly increase. Higher serotonin levels generally improve your feeling of wellbeing. Some people have a problem taking drugs to improve their mental state, believing that doing so might be an admission to themselves that they are mentally ill. I believe this kind of thinking in itself is a form of mental disorder. If a doctor might prescribe a drug targeted at improving your attitude, I suggest you take it or at least discuss with your doctor for some other effective option. He/she wants to help.
      Have you ever looked at a picture or video of yourself that someone might have taken and thought you looked you looked bad in it? The picture was reality! You may have been excessively hard on yourself or you might need to make some changes to improve. Your doctor is only interested in this. None of us can see ourselves as the rest of the population does.
