To set up a custom message for calls on WhatsApp, you can configure an automatic reply when you receive a call:
Click on the Calls not available title bar
Compose your message
Select the option to automatically reject incoming calls
You can also set a custom ringtone for specific contacts on WhatsApp:
Open the chat with the contact or group you want to customize
Tap the contact or group name
Tap Custom notifications and check Use custom notifications
Under Call notifications, tap Ringtone
Select a ringtone and tap Save or Apply
