Attitude comes first, for example in a job, a talented person with a bad attitude are difficult to work with. Some tend to think of themselves as the best one. But if you are kind and knows how to deal with other people properly, they will surely like you even if you lack something.
I will choose Attitude between the two. Talents you can learn and develop but attitude is difficult to learn. It is on a man’s heart and represents a person’s kindness. So i will always choose attitude.
