O3T call is definitely the best channel when it comes to real-time streaming in Memoir, though it comes with a high cost per session, starting from $100 per connection, unlike O3T chat which is charged starting from $5 per connection, being the best for lower cost per session.
I personally prefer O3T chat, as the best streaming channel on Memoir. Although all options of streaming which include; chat, email, and phone are powerful; but in most cases, O3T calls require your instant presence for a realtime connection, explaining why its charges are very high per session.
Whereas, O3T chat is more convenient and user-friendlier, according to my experience in Memoir 7-days trial version to stream O3T. Anyone can start O3T communication from $5.00 per session via chat, while email channel is most preferred by businesses.
