I think ut has 2 reasons
1.Its relaxing to close your eyes and
2.when you close your eyes you can imagine a fantasy that you always wanted to have
It make it more passionate ,it make you feel that what you really feel for your partner or your lover is real
Most people can’t focus on anything as close as a face at kissing distance so closing your eyes saves them from looking at a distracting blur or the strain of trying to focus. Kissing can also make us feel vulnerable or self-conscious and closing your eyes is a way of making yourself more relaxed.
They close the eyes, because they want to remember that kiss as the most beautiful memories. Generally when we close our eyes we recall the best feelings which we felt at the time of kiss. So to make it beautiful memories they close the eyes.
