I believe most people quit their jobs because they find more potentials in them, which they are not given the opportunity by their Bosses to exploit or unleash those abilities while being just an employee.

Therefore most of the employees prefer to quit their jobs with the intentions to start off with their own small business, which will therefore enable them to unleash their potentials at the fullest level without a limitation nor control by a superior (Boss).

In the work force ,people leave their jobs for many reasons. Sometimes these reasons are serious and some not so serious.
A person can leave their job because of the salary structure, its either not satisfying enough.
Or
There might be weak management going on .
Other reasons may include, workload or miscommunication.
Its Natural that human can_not do the same thing for A long time.
And Now a days Young generation is more choice and Demanding. 🥦
It could be the nature of the work .and also the reward of the work.becouse most people will not like to work more than the reward they received
People quite their job for many reason,some reason such as..
Lack of fund to the company,that’s the manager no longer pay their workers anymore due to some reason..
Employees want to managers to help grow their career and if boss don’t set up there leave..
Lack of career growth is one of the biggest reason why employees leave their job..
Low pay..the salary is low,that also course the employees to leave their job
Might be because the pay is not good, the environment is not friendly, the workload is too heavy, or maybe they just want a change.
People quit there jobs because there bosses are of wrong doing to the works
