In the early days of BC, humans were not eating meat back then, but 2+ millions years ago humans started eating meat which has become a habit in today’s society. As it is advised by reputable doctors that meat is not good for the humans body, but this will be very hard to stop humans from this habit.

Therefore per my personal opinion, I will say.. No, humans should not eat meat, as this will help keep you in good and healthy likewise.
